Local Nepalese brass is hand cut, filed and polished into shape. Brass offers superior recyclability and overall environmental advantages as it can be recycled an infinite number of times with no loss in properties or performance.

Handmade brass jewellery is cut, assembled and polished in the jewellery workshop at a World Fair Trade Organisation certified collective in Kathmandu, Nepal. AURA QUE started working with the group in 2019. The artisans benefit from numerous initiatives, including allowances for family medical care and children's education, and a savings scheme.
