Sumatra - This medium roast organic Arabica coffee is grown and picked by hand with love and respect by skilled growers at the Permata Gayo co-operative on the island of Sumatra in Indonesia. This co-operative doesn’t only embrace ethical agriculture as part of its DNA, it works to fight corruption too! Strength 4 Medium Roast
Uganda - This light roast organic Arabica coffee is grown and hand-picked at the foot of Mount Elgon in Uganda for United Organic Coffee Growers Ltd. Here, these farmers harvest coffee berries on land that once belonged to a church-run beekeeping project! Strength 2 Light Roast
Zesty Monkey - The ground coffee beans in this light roast organic Arabica blend are grown and harvested by ethical agriculturists at United Organic Coffee Growers Ltd in Uganda, the Oromia Coffee Farmers Co-operative in Ethiopia, the Asociación de Productoras Libres de Marcala co-operative in Honduras, and at the Central Fronteriza del Norte de Cafetaleros and Sol y Café co-operatives in Peru. After harvesting, Eat Your Hat roast the beans here in the UK, packing them in packaging printed at a zero-emissions factory powered by hydroelectricity.
How to make the perfect cup: to experience this coffee at its best we recommend one tablespoon per 250ml cup. Adjust according to taste.
