The teabags are made from cornstarch and are 100% plastic-free and biodegradable. The cardboard and inner packaging are also plastic-free, biodegradable and up-cyclable. The window material is recycled plastic. 

Instructions: Add one tea bag into a tea cup of 90° water and brew for 3-4 minutes to your preferred strength.
