Congo - Single origin Organic coffee from the Congo is definitely one for the coffee connoisseurs out there, offering a bold and intense taste, sure to tingle the taste buds. This delicious coffee comes from the Muungano Co-operative, which translates as ‘togetherness’ in Swahili. Located near the shores of Lake Kivu, this co-operative currently has over 4,300 farmers to its name. Members live in communities which have been divided by civil war, but combine their strengths to build futures for all communities, together. Medium Roast Strength 3.
Peruvian - A rich and lively single origin medium roast coffee from Peru packed with ethical and organic credentials. This 100% organic Arabica coffee is hand-harvested by traditional growers for the Sol Y Cafe Co-operative in Cajamarca, Peru. The Co-op provides support to 994 coffee farmers, and also runs social and environmental initiatives. Medium Roast Strength 4.
How to make the perfect cup: to experience this coffee at its best we recommend one dessert spoon per cup and adjust according to taste.
