Typically, the lifetime of a power bank is limited by the internal battery, but this powerbank works with replaceable 18650 Li-Ion rechargeable batteries which after the lifetime of the batteries, you can simply buy new batteries without discarding the power bank. In addition, this format makes it much easier to recycle batteries and power bank.

The Crocodile works with an external solar cell rated at 5 Watts which can provide an effective output of 3.5 Watts in sunny outdoor conditions.

The power bank and solar cell can be stored in its neoprene protective pouch, which also acts as a stand for the solar panel to optimise the charging angle towards the sun, which improves the charging performance of the solar cell.
