Tilnar Art source unique Fair Trade high quality products, carvings and ornaments direct from African artists. All their items are handmade and while no two are exactly alike, each is a creation of art and a one-of-a-kind collectable. They take great care in ensuring that they pay a fair price for the products and that they are as eco friendly as possible and either sourced from sustainable sources or made from recycled materials. Many of their products come from Zimbabwe and help provide stable employment and basic needs for many dependants in a time when unemployment and inflation are at unimaginable levels. All products are Fair Trade with the artists either working for themselves or working in co-operatives. Tilnar Art does not support the regime of Robert Mugabe. To the contrary, the items are purchased direct from the artists, thereby supporting the indigenous tribes of Zimbabwe.
