Choose from a refillable and recyclable metal tin with 1 month supply (60 tablets) or a compostable refill pouch with 2 months supply (125 tablets). The refillable food-safe metal tin looks lovely on the bathroom shelf and is great for taking away on holidays and camping trips. The resealable refill pouches are 100% plastic-free and made from plant-based and compostable materials. Each bag contains 125 tablets, approximately 2 months supply per person.

Fluoride tablets contain 1450ppm fluoride, equivalent to regular toothpaste.
