Essential Organic Whole Apricots, 500g

Theses apricots are harvested then naturally sun-dried. The colour changes from light brown to dark brown because they are not treated with SO2. This also results in a sweeter, tastier product than conventional apricots. Organic Apricots do not include the preservative sulphur dioxide which maintains the orange colour of non-organic apricots, and so organic apricots are a rich, dark brown, with a lovely caramel flavour.
