Organic Red Kidney Beans.
Cooking instructions: Wash thoroughly before use. Soak for 8 to 12 hours. Boil vigorously for 15 minutes then cook for a further 90 minutes, or pressure cook for 20 minutes.
Please note: Raw red kidney beans contain enzyme phyohaemagglutinin which is toxic. Cook as above to avoid any problems.
Storage: Store beans in an airtight, food-safe container and keep them in a cool, dry place.
